As the founder and Director of Talent Talk and Associates, Trish has carved out a reputation for authenticity and transparency enabling her ability to foster growth and development within individuals and teams across both public and private executives. Her career is marked by her work with senior executives, including SES leaders, CEOs, and C-suite executives, and numerous teams guiding them through critical transitions and helping them achieve their career aspirations.

Trish leverages her unique background in federal and state government, ICT, NFP, the private sector and extensive consultancy experience to deliver tailored coaching and leadership programs. She developed and delivers an SES preparedness program and has been a key player in establishing and implementing various talent sourcing and development initiatives.
